Selah Systems ("we," "us") operates selahsystems.ai and the Kairos tax automation platform. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We build software for tax professionals — we take confidentiality seriously because our customers have to.

Information we collect

• Demo requests. When you submit the demo request form, we collect your name, firm name, work email, and anything you tell us about your workflow. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc. on our behalf.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the site.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks on this site.
• We do not use the contents of documents shared with us for demos to train models or for any purpose other than the demo itself.

Demo documents

If you choose to share documents during a product demonstration — sample files or your own — they are used only to run that demonstration, are handled confidentially, and are deleted promptly afterward or on request. We encourage starting with sample documents; we will never ask you to share client data you're not comfortable sharing.

How we use information

To respond to your demo request, schedule and run demonstrations, answer questions, and — only if you ask us to — keep you informed about Kairos. That's it.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate this site: Netlify (hosting), Formspree (form processing), and Google Fonts (typefaces). Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function.

Data retention

We keep demo-request information for as long as we have an active conversation with you or a legitimate business need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing admin@selahsystems.ai.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Information you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to submitted information is limited to the Selah Systems founders.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@selahsystems.ai. We respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
